🔄 How Organization Selection Works

When you interact with mixus in Slack, the system determines which organization context to use based on:
  1. Workspace Mapping - If your Slack workspace is mapped to an organization (highest priority)
  2. Your Default Preference - The organization you’ve set in Slack settings
  3. Recent Activity - Your most recently active organization across all channels
  4. First Organization - If no recent activity, your first organization is used
  5. Playground - Guest users and new users are assigned to the playground
Pro Tip: If your company uses Slack extensively, ask your admin to set up workspace mapping for the best experience.
